Attention

i. Identification. Yolo Nightclub is a 18-and-over venue. All guests must present a valid, legal form of photographic identification to gain admission into the venue.
ii. Dress Code. Yolo Nightclub maintains a strict dress code, as follows: no sports/recreation attire or athletic wear, no hats/ball caps, shorts, or baggy clothing; fitted fashionable attire is required. All guests must abide by the dress code during the Event.
iii. Zero-Tolerance Policy. Yolo Nightclub operates a zero tolerance policy towards illegal drug use and/or distribution. Any guest in the possession of illegal drugs will be detained and transferred to the custody of an appropriate law enforcement agency.
iv. Search Policy. The Venue operates a ‘No Search, No Entry’ policy. All guests entering the Venue agree to be searched for illegal drugs, weapons and other items that are against the Venue’s policies.
v. No food or drink purchased outside of Yolo Nightclub may be consumed within the Venue without prior consent of Yolo Nightclub.
vi. All guests agree to abide by all applicable laws, statutes, codes, ordinances, rules and regulations of all governmental authorities and regulatory bodies having jurisdiction over the Venue and/or Yolo Nightclub property. Severely intoxicated guests and/or guests involved in any physical or verbal harassment or altercation will be denied entry or asked to leave the Venue. Yolo Nightclub reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies against any guest engaging in violent or disruptive behavior, including without limitation the right to consequential damages and reasonable attorneys’ fees.
vii. All guests must leave the Venue by the end of the Event.


RELOCATED, CANCELED OR POSTPONED SHOWS: TICKET REFUND POLICY

No refund or exchange unless the show is canceled or postponed. Before purchasing a ticket, please carefully check your choice of event and seating. The policy does not allow ticket agents to do refunds or exchanges (subject to our postponed or canceled events policy below) after tickets have been sold.

RELOCATED EVENT POLICY
If the event is relocated to another venue, tickets will be honored at the new venue on the date of the show. Tickets will not be refunded.

POSTPONED OR CANCELED EVENT POLICY:
If the event is postponed to a later date, the customer has the choice to either be reimbursed or to keep their ticket, in which case it will be honored on the new date. Refunds are possible until the new date of the show, thereafter, no refund can be made.

If the event is canceled, customers who purchased their ticket in person or over the phone must return or call our box office for a refund. Online purchases will automatically be refunded to the credit card used to make the initial purchase.
